Jamie Carragher believes Roberto De Zerbi could leave Brighton & Hove Albion in the summer amid links to Liverpool and a host of other clubs across Europe.
The Italian has been subject to speculation over his future at the AMEX Stadium in light of the news that Jurgen Klopp is set to step down from his role at Anfield at the end of the season. The German confirmed his Anfield exit plan back in January.
De Zerbi has been touted as a possible replacement for Klopp, as has Sporting CP head coach Ruben Amorim. Xabi Alonso was the leading contender, but he ruled himself out of the running on Friday.

Liverpool stance on Roberto De Zerbi as Michael Edwards and Richard Hughes keep open mind on targets
Speaking in the build-up to his side's 2-1 defeat to the Reds on Sunday afternoon, the former Shakhtar Donetsk manager failed to dismiss the possibility of leaving the south coast in the summer.
"I'm sure he's in the running - I don't think there's any doubt about that - I'm not sure if he's at the top of that list but he's got a fantastic record against Liverpool and Jurgen Klopp since he joined Brighton," Carragher said.
"He'll want to continue that today and I don't think it'll do his chances any harm if he does do that.
"It does look like he is going to move on whether that would be to Liverpool or another club in the summer from reading his quotes over the last few weeks.
"It looks like he wants to speak to the owner about where the club is going next season and it looks like he is paving his way to leave Brighton at the end of the season."
