Chelsea co-owner Todd Boehly will likely be on high alert after Kylian Mbappe's summer transfer decision was revealed. The Paris Saint-Germain superstar has dominated transfer rumours since mid-2023 when he confirmed to the club's hierarchy he would not be signing a contract extension beyond 2024.

After months of huge updates, a final decision has been made with Mbappe communicating to PSG he will leave at the end of the 2023/24 season. Stamford Bridge as a destination for the 24-year-old, while unlikely, is still a possibility despite it seemingly clear he will join Real Madrid.
