Change brings questions and for Arsenal, they have done little else but change under Mikel Arteta. From a side in eleventh when he took the reins in 2019, the club has moved up the table and shocked the league with a title challenge no one predicted and followed that up this season with wins over Manchester City and Liverpool to solidify a successive chase for the Premier League.
With the continuous progression sees the rise and fall of certain trends of the biggest talking points and it is interesting to look back on some of the instances that have been almost forgotten entirely because of the improvements at the club. Things which once were a topic of daily discussion and frustration now disappearing or entirely gone.
From transfer links to the threat of old coaches coming back to bite the Gunners, the trends vary. However, football.london has three which certainly raise some interesting thought processes.

It is fair to say that Caicedo’s time in west London has not been too smooth and there has been persistent question marks over him and the team as a whole. Meanwhile,Rice has been nothing but a glowing success for Arsenal as they have relied heavily on the England international with titan-like midfield performances and key winning goals in big games too.
Missing out on Caicedo has not even been a point of discussion for Arsenal since his switch to Chelsea. Arsenal made the right choice and its lack of attention is only further evidence of it.
