VAR officials Darren England and Dan Cook have been stood down from their remaining Premier League duties this weekend following the "error" in Liverpool's controversial defeat to Tottenham Hotspur.
England and Cook were at the centre of controversy surrounding VAR following their roles at Stockley Park on Saturday for the Reds' clash in North London against Spurs, who beat their nine-man opponents 2-1 thanks to a last-gasp Joel Matip own goal.
Initially, England was set to be in the VAR control room for Liverpool's clash, with Cook as his assistant, before being the fourth official for Nottingham Forest's encounter with Brentford on Sunday.
Cook, meanwhile, was pencilled into be an assistant referee for Fulham's derby with Chelsea on Monday. However, both officials have been replaced.

The decision comes after the storm created by the wrong decision to disallow Luis Diaz's goal. The Colombian raced behind the Tottenahm backline after 34 minutes, firing past Vicario to hand Liverpool the lead - just minutes after Curtis Jones' red card saw them reduced to 10 men.
Originally, the linesman's flag was raised prompting premature celebrations from Diaz. However, the check from the video assistant referee was quick and on broadcasts around the world, no offside lines were drawn.
