Chelsea injury news: Carney Chukwuemeka impressed against West Ham on Sunday, but had to come off early through an injury scare

The 19-year-old was later spotted after the game on crutches, sparking fear over the injury and how severe it could well be. football.london understands that Chukwuemeka had a scan on Monday, with the club waiting to learn the full extent of the injury from the results.
