Arsenal will have enjoyed another week on the training pitches ahead of Sunday's Premier League clash with West Ham at the London Stadium.
The Gunners have picked up three successive wins, the most recent being the 3-1 success over title rivals Liverpool. They will now have two away fixtures against the Hammers and at Burnley respectively before a trip to Portugal to face FC Porto in the Champions League's round-of-16.
Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta said in his pre-match press conference that he is 'hopeful' of welcoming back some players for the match.
«We have a few still in contention, they’ve been evolving really well. Tomorrow [Saturday] we have another training session. We’re hopeful that we’ll have a few back and that we can put a very competitive squad out there,» Arteta said on Friday.
