Tottenham inflicted a 2-1 last minute defeat on nine-man Liverpool to round off a crazy evening in north London.
Joel Matip turned the ball into his own net in the final minute of stoppage time to seal victory for Spurs, but that was far from the full story of the game.
Curtis Jones and Diogo Jota's sending offs had seen the Reds reduced to nine men. First, Jones picked up a red card in the first half for his challenge on Yves Bissouma, which was heavily disputed by Gary Neville.
Spurs then went 1-0 up through Heung-min Son, with Liverpool all over the place after going a man down.
Liverpool fans were left reeling again after Luis Diaz had the ball in the back of the net, only for it to be ruled out for offside earlier in the game, despite images appearing to show the winger being onside.
However, the Reds somehow got themselves back in the game, with Cody Gakpo equalising after hitting a powerful shot past Guglielmo Vicario.
Substitute Jota then found himself in the book in the second half after referee Simon Hooper believed he stuck his leg out to clip Destiny Udogie from behind as he raced away.
The visitors were furious with the decision, though, with Udogie appearing to go down despite Jota not making any contact with him.
But things went from bad to worse just one minute later.
Jota had lunged to stop Udogie again to make up for lost possession, but totally missed the ball and caught the player instead.
Hooper had seen enough, and despite Jota's protests, he dished out a second yellow to send the Portugal international off.
