Thousands of Everton supporters held anti-Premier League protests before, during and after the club’s 3-0 defeat to Manchester United.
Blues fans showed their dismay at an independent commission’s decision to deduct their club 10 points after they were found guilty of breaching the Premier League’s profit and sustainability rules.
Everton have already confirmed that they will appeal against the penalty, believing it to be a 'wholly disproportionate and unjust sporting sanction'. The appeal must be heard and concluded before the end of the season.

Sunday’s game against United was the first time Sean Dyche’s side had played since the news of the punishment was confirmed earlier this month. However, Blues supporters had already started to make their voices heard.
Around 50 fans gathered outside the Premier League’s London headquarters on Friday evening before a plane was flown over the Etihad Stadium during Manchester City's draw with Liverpool on Saturday afternoon.
Attached to the plane was a banner that read, 'Premier League = corrupt'. The flying of the plane over the Etihad had been organised by Everton fan group The 1878s.
Then, on Sunday afternoon, fans gathered in huge numbers outside the Brick Pub on County Road - which was closed to traffic - about half an hour before kick off. Pink flyers, mocked up in the style of the Premier League’s own branding and featuring the word ‘corrupt', had already been distributed to supporters around Goodison.
