Mikel Arteta has been told he can replicate the success Jurgen Klopp has had at Liverpool if Arsenal win the Premier League title.
The Gunners are currently on the same number of points as Manchester City in the league (52), with Liverpool two points ahead. The north Londoners mounted an unlikely title challenge last season but dropped off in the final few weeks of the season, with Pep Guardiola's team eventually winning their third Premier League in a row.
Liverpool have joined Man City and Arsenal in the title race this campaign and it promises to be an exciting final few months, which may end in Arteta lifting some silverware. Arteta's side also have a Champions League round of 16 first leg against Porto to look forward to next week.
With the games coming thick and fast, former Gunners defender William Gallas has had his say on Arsenal's title chances and what Arteta must do to emulate Klopp at Anfield. Speaking to Genting Casino Gallas said: " Can Arteta replicate Klopp’s legacy? I think he already has the fans and the players on his side but what he needs to do now is to win titles and he’s very close. When he will win the Premier League with Arsenal, I think they will stay on top for a few years."
Klopp announced he will leave Liverpool at the end of this season, with the Merseysiders currently searching for a replacement. Gallas believes this could give the Gunners a better chance of silverware next campaign.
