Jorginho misses out on the Arsenal starting XI for their Premier League clash with West Ham. The Italian was man of the match as the Gunners claimed a crucial victory over Liverpool last weekend.
There is no place for him in Mikel Arteta's team this week though. He is replaced by Leandro Trossard who may well be starting in the left eight position.
It is a doubt where the Belgian is playing as Kai Havertz is also starting. The German continues in the team after a sublime display against Liverpool last weekend up front. Gabriel Jesus is not in the team after missing out last week with a knee injury.
Elsewhere, Oleksandr Zinchenko is not fit to play after coming off at half-time against Liverpool with a calf problem. He is replaced in the team by Jakub Kiwior. Takehiro Tomiyasu is back available after returning from the Asian Cup, but he is not in the squad.
Emile Smith Rowe is also missing from the squad. The England international made his first start since November against Nottingham Forest two games ago, but is not available for this match.
That leaves Arteta with a weak looking bench for the game. Youngsters Ethan Nwaneri, Reuell Walters and Mauro Bandeira are among the subs, while Eddie Nketiah and Reiss Nelson are Arsenal's main attacking options.
Arsenal confirmed starting XI vs West Ham — Raya; White, Saliba, Gabriel, Kiwior; Rice, Odegaard, Trossard; Saka, Havertz, Martinelli.
