Everton and Liverpool are both in Carabao Cup action on Wednesday.
The Blues face fellow Premier League side Aston Villa at Villa Park, while Jurgen Klopp’s Reds welcome Championship high-flyers Leicester City to Anfield. Both games are scheduled to kick-off at 7.45pm.
Everton came from behind to overcome Doncaster Rovers in round two last month, while Liverpool were handed a bye into the third round after they finished fifth in last season’s Premier League table and therefore qualified for the Europa League
Defending champions Manchester United beat Crystal Palace 3-0 on Tuesday night while Manchester City meet Newcastle United at St. James' Park in arguably the tie of the round this evening. And ahead of the final third-round ties taking place, we have rounded up everything you need to know about the fourth-round draw.
The draw for the fourth round takes place on Wednesday, September 27, after the game between Newcastle United and Manchester City. The match is due to kick-off at 8pm, and the draw will follow after full-time, starting between 10pm and 10.15pm live on Sky Sports.
